Tuesday's Relaxer.

Swam in the Persian Gulf again today. Soothing waves, hot sand, and vibrant sunsets. Beautiful way to unwind.

Souq Waqif.

I explored the Souq Waqif a few more times. I'm in awe of the beauty that is out in the open as well as hidden in cracks of the cobblestone, deep in the stucco, under the straw roofs, and everywhere you turn. 

This was the entrance to a Persian Restaurant we ate at.

Lights, jewels, coy fish, and royalty. 

Every table had a hand painted mural on the wall.

Persian Gulf.

I swam in the Persian Gulf over the weekend. The only way I can describe it is to compare it to the hot water and salt one gargles with when he or she has a sore throat. Never before have I been in such a massive body of water that was jacuzzi hot and never before have I ever tasted something as salty. I literally floated like a buoy. It was a much needed relaxing day with the earth.
